About this Bundle
4 hours
This bundle is all about bringing out the best in your team. Teachers (and administrators) who feel good about coming to work, have healthy relationships with their colleagues, communicate & collaborate in a clear and kind manner, will be more effective employees. They will bring a higher level of energy into the classroom, and they will demonstrate greater resiliency when confronted with adversity.
It consists of 2 self led courses that cover:
- Staff Culture and Communication Part 1 (2 hours)
- Staff Culture and Communication Part 2 (2 hours) (coming Term 3)
Staff Culture and Communication 1
When teachers work well together, the whole school succeeds.
Teachers (and administrators) who feel good about coming to work, have healthy relationships with their colleagues, communicate & collaborate in a clear and kind manner, and who feel good about the work they do, will be more effective employees. They will bring a higher level of energy into the classroom, and they will demonstrate greater resiliency when confronted with adversity.

The Staff Culture and Communication course aims to help you:
